Welcome to Project Online Video Training!
This training site is in compliance with the California State Bar
MCLE Technology Subcommittee Online Guidelines for Internet training.
The purpose of this training site is to facilitate user-friendly
project training to enhance and develop the education, practice skills,
and research/writing skills of appellate panel practitioners.
Our new dedicated training web site uses the Internet to deliver
video and audio content straight to your personal computer. Watch any of
our training videos right at your desk or in the comfort of your own
home. Why videos? It means that you can view pre-recorded video MCLE
programs anytime -- using a cross-browser, cross-platform compatible
Flash player.
All of our presentations are eligible for MCLE, as well as Appellate
& Criminal Law Specialization, participatory credit. After watching a
presentation, print your MCLE/Specialization "Certificate of Attendance"
sheet to sign and keep during your current three-year State Bar
compliance period. It's that easy! (A word of caution: Downloading a video rather than viewing it on the web site will bypass the electronic signature sign-in feature of this site. This means that CCAP will not be able to verify your MCLE participatory credit for watching the video. The video must be played on the web site in order to record the user's electronic sign-in and to receive participatory credit for online training.)
